Château de la Borie is located in the hilly nature of Limousin, 5 kilometers south of Limoges. The castle is surrounded by several gardens maintained according to the ecological principles of Gilles Clément (“le Jardin en Mouvement”), a vegetable garden based on permaculture, a lake and a forest. Exhibitions of international contemporary art are presented in the castle. A program of courses, conferences, films and workshops accompanies these activities.
